Oreo Buttercream
The BEST Oreo Buttercream. Perfect for cupcakes, cake fillings or covering a buttercream cake.

- 10-12 Oreo Cookies, finely crushed
- 2 Cups Unsalted Butter, Room Temp.
- 2 Lbs Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Using a blender, pulse the Oreo cookies until finely crushed. Set aside.
With a stand mixer, beat the butter on medium speed for 2 minutes or until creamed with a paddle attachment.
Slowly add powdered sugar, one cup at a time and beat on lowest speed.
Add the vanilla, heavy whipping cream and salt. Beat on lowest speed for 1 minute.
Add the crushed oreo Cookies, about 1/4 cup at a time, and continue mixing on low speed for 2 minutes.
