How to Make Sandwich Cookies:
- Bake cookies according to package directions.
- While cookies are baking, add buttercream to a piping bag or sandwich baggie. Cut off the end of the piping bag with scissors.
- Add sprinkles to a shallow bowl or plate.
- Once cookies are cooled, add a small circle of icing to the back of the cookie. Take a second cookie, and top the icing, squeezing the two cookies together until a small amount of icing comes out of the sides.
- Dip the sides of the sandwich cookie into the bowl of sprinkles.
- Repeat until cookies are gone, and enjoy!
